December -> January:

Primarily working on Reaper and some stuff.

February -> March

Primarily working on Careerly. Discovering SvelteKit and Supabase for me. Upgrading to Claude Max. Careerly started on 31th January 2026 and MVP was ready 3 weeks after.

Worked on „Fate“ in paralell.

Shipped Careerly Prototype on 16.03 – Alpha testing for Ndigital, but so far they’ve let me down.

It will become BR9 owned and operated.

March -> April:

late March, I think 27.03.2026 – I started Pianisso. Took the drafts that CC made before, completely reworked them.

Took 4-6 weeks – maybe bigger CB than Careerly is. At least it felt like that. But shipped as well. Very soon to public Launch.

Worked on client sites as well.

On the side I built tenniskarte.com in 2 days. (not yet shipped as of now, needs content) – but engine is fully done.

Throughout April, we built Wolvespack Hunt – deployed, shipped yesterday (16.05.2026).

Paralell to Pianisso, I did Maestri. Fully done. Deploys soon Vercel. LP also done.

End of April I had to mig all client sites. I let it come dangerously close, but pulled it off rather cleanly.

Reworked SB Media with CC to be on AstroJS – looks stunning. Masterpiece – color scheme not yet locked. but it’ll be epic.

Througout this time, I had the idea of BR9 – named after Bruckner Symphony 9: SaaS Studio and Portfolio. Subdivison of SB.

Also thoughts around ecom came back. Also now in may: the gym brand ever so on my mind.

Built SBLink in 2 days and deployed, before Careerly even I think. The first ever CF deployment.

Built Slasher: TODO App – absolute stunner. „Hostiles losing breathing rights.“ – beautiful ux. Built its landing page as well for the portfolio.

Primarily built JAEGER: PHP/JSON based CMs for client sites + git based template for quick startup workflow on any project.

Works like an absolute charm.

Built 8 Client sites with it already:

Harrer, Apps, Ulfig, Weingaertner, Buk, Flexopack, Beiskammer (rebuild), monodual (rebuild).

Built Jaeger’s marketing page – stunner.

Worked on Konzerta – but not very focused yet. Needs my attention for scrapers.

Thoughts of the personal brand looming.

We’re closing in dangerously. Been focused on finishing client work.

Had talks with Claude about career trajectory. Advised me to lock onto Farmly and use that as PB.

I’ll do a webdesign PB / Agency owner first. Locking into that. it’s the correct choice. Building on that foundation – fully commiting to it.

Gradually easing into Ecom: ordering Blanks and DTFs first.

Deployed WP Hunt.

Jaeger retires Reaper.

Overall we’ve been shipping some sick shit. Not stopping ever.

We can look back and be PROUD, but we’re just beginning.

Still awaiting client money from Ndigital. Treating them as hostile until debt is paid.
